Refund and Escrow Policy

Welcome to Jayasad Nexus. To ensure transparency, consumer protection, and platform sustainability, we operate under two distinct refund and escrow policies: Section A governs our Vendor Storefront Space Rentals, and Section B governs Physical Product Transactions.

SECTION A: VENDOR STOREFRONT SPACE RENTALS (SUBSCRIPTIONS)

1. The 60-Day Trial Grace Period

Because Jayasad Nexus provides a completely free 2-month (60-day) introductory promotional period with full, unrestricted access to all multi-vendor dashboard tools, vendors are given ample time to test, evaluate, and experience the platform before any financial commitment is made.

2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Conditional)

Once your 2-month free trial ends and your annual storefront subscription of ₦7,500 is processed, you have exactly 7 calendar days from the date of payment to request an official cancellation and refund if you change your mind.

3. Paystack, Flutterwave & Administrative Deductions

If a subscription refund is requested and approved within the 7-day window, please note that the refund is not 100%.

Jayasad Nexus will deduct the non-refundable payment gateway transaction processing fees (1.5% + ₦100 + VAT) incurred during your automated payment, alongside a flat ₦500 administrative cancellation fee. The remaining net balance will be credited back to your original payment bank account within 5 to 7 working business days.

4. No Refunds After 7 Days

Once the 7-day window has closed, all annual storefront space rentals are 100% non-refundable. Your store will remain active with full benefits until your 365-day subscription cycle expires.

SECTION B: PHYSICAL PRODUCT TRANSACTIONS (BUYERS & SELLERS)

1. The 48-Hour Escrow Protection Window

All payments made by customers on Jayasad Nexus are processed securely through our payment partners (Paystack & Flutterwave). To protect both parties, funds are held securely by Jayasad Nexus in our escrow vault and are only released to the vendor 48 hours after the customer receives their order.

2. Product Return & Refund Conditions

A buyer is eligible to request a refund or exchange only if the delivered item matches one of these conditions:

  • Mismatch (“What I Ordered vs. What I Got”): The item received is physically different in color, size, brand, or model from what was ordered.
  • Damaged on Arrival: The item is physically broken, torn, defective, or unusable upon delivery.
  • Incomplete Delivery: Part of the ordered items are missing from the package.

3. How to File a Dispute (For Buyers)

  • Buyers must inspect their packages immediately upon delivery.
  • If there is an issue, the buyer must file an official dispute with Jayasad Nexus Support via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photo or video proof of the defect.
  • If no dispute is filed within 48 hours, the funds are automatically released to the vendor and the transaction is closed. No refund requests will be entertained after this window.

4. Transaction Refund Deductions

If a product refund is approved:

  • If the error was the vendor’s fault (e.g., sent the wrong size/damaged item), the vendor bears the return shipping cost and the non-refundable gateway processing fees.
  • If the refund is requested due to buyer’s change of mind (where the vendor sent the exact correct item), the buyer bears the return shipping fee, and the gateway processing fees (1.5% + ₦100 + VAT) will be deducted from their refunded amount.
  • Jayasad Nexus does not bear the cost of any gateway fees on refunded transactions.
